Belbin Team Roles added to our offering

Phil Hornby has been using Belbin Team Roles for years but has taken the final step of becoming Accredited. This is a great tool for helping teams understand their interactions and how they all work together as well as on an individual basis. It helps you understand how you fit into and can help the performance of a team. We can now formally use Belbin to help our clients establish effective teams.
